Robert F. DiStefano, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the firm. His practice areas are concentrated on civil litigation, including personal injury, recovery of NJ No-fault (PIP) claims, cost-recovery for governmental entities, insurance coverage, collection practice, and Appellate practice.
He is a frequent lecturer on civil law topics including presentations sponsored by the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
Mr. DiStefano has tried over 70 jury and bench trials in all parts of the New Jersey Superior Court. He has appeared numerous times in New Jersey’s appellate courts and is credited with multiple reported and unreported decisions.
Mr. DiStefano is also a Lt. Colonel in the United States Army Reserve and has served on active duty, including Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Inherent Resolve.
He was a Judicial Clerk to the Hon. Rushton H. Ridgeway, Presiding Judge, Law Division- Gloucester County, Superior Court of New Jersey.
