People with WHILL Model Ci personal mobility devices should stop using them immediately and contact the company for a free replacement control pad, the Consumer Product Safety Commission warned.
WHILL is recalling the Model Ci Personal Electric Vehicle because the vehicle’s control pad can malfunction causing the power to turn on or off and the speed to increase or decrease, posing crash and injury hazards. The company has received 15 reports of device malfunctions. No one, to date, has been injured.
